Your Superpowers Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualizedtreatment plans Provide supervision and mentorship to BehaviorTechnicians/RBTs Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions that drivemeaningful progress Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinaryproviders Support and empower families through education andguidance Help children build communication, social, behavioral, andlife skills that create lasting impact What We're Looking For Passionate clinicians who genuinely enjoy helping children andfamilies Strong communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and collaborative team players Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaininghigh-quality care Experience working with children with autism or developmentaldisabilities preferred Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology,Education, or related field Active state Licensure (or ability to obtain) ifapplicable in NJ Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioralinterventions Experience developing and implementing treatment plans Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatmentstrategies Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs Works collaboratively with families and team members Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Goal-oriented and organized Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs Professional across a variety of environments Continuing education credits (CEU assistance) Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
