This full-time contract position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an impactful role serving a diverse student population. With a manageable caseload (no more than 60 students, and often fewer), you’ll provide support and intervention that makes a lasting difference every day.

What you’ll bring:

• Current South Carolina SLP license and Educator certificate (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative spirit
• Skilled in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
• Passion for helping children overcome barriers to communication

What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students on-site
• Evaluate and reassess student needs, documenting progress and updating goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student support
• Prevent, identify, and address communication disorders to foster academic and social growth
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
