Quality Lab Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to join our team in Holland, MI, on second shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
