Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments and psychosocial evaluations to diagnose mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, to facilitate patient progress. \n
- Working closely with patients to establish achievable treatment goals, employing behavioral activation and problem-solving strategies suited to their unique situations. \n
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care within the Detox Center. \n
- Regularly monitoring patient responses to therapy and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs, either through in-person sessions or remote check-ins. \n
- Assisting in monitoring and managing psychotropic medication adherence as prescribed by the medical team, focusing on effectiveness and side effects. \n
You will primarily serve individuals undergoing detoxification and those struggling with various mental health and substance use challenges. Our clientele often includes individuals seeking recovery from addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and relational issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding these clients through their recovery journeys and empowering them to build healthier lives.
Qualifications\nThe following qualifications are required for this role:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado. \n
- At least one year of professional experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health practices. \n
While not mandatory, experience in substance use treatment settings, knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, and familiarity with telehealth platforms are highly desirable for this position.
