Park Animal Hospital & Wellness Center is a team-oriented, AAHA Accredited practice with 3 doctors and is adding an experienced, outgoing, and friendly Client Service Representative to our crew of passionate professionals. Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time Salary: $21–$24 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday - open to the possibility of full-time as well. Responsibilities Manage multiple phone lines, book appointments, greet clients and patients, process payments, and communicate with the medical team. Qualifications Client service — friendly, helpful, courteous Communication — top-notch phone and computer skills Ability to multi-task — answer phones, assist clients who are waiting, and show compassion for our patients Our client service representatives may experience puppy kisses and kitty headbutts as part of the role.
