10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across its over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from the Columbus, Ohio terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Join a driver-focused carrier that prioritizes safety, comfort, and financial growth.Required QualificationsValid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.Fleet ResponsibilitiesSafely transport dry van freight across nationwide shipping lanes covering the contiguous 48 states.Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading.Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.Structured Compensation and BenefitsExperienced Driver Pay: Top-tier earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with highly competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 is available for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.Guaranteed Home Time: Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the driver’s 34-hour reset.Premium Fleet Equipment: Operate brand-new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks equipped with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators.W-2 Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, along with a company-matched 401(k) retirement program.10-4 Logistics USA is an industry-leading W-2 motor carrier focused on providing consistent freight, reliable home schedules, and comprehensive driver support.
