Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A leading healthcare organization is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their team. This remote, temporary role offers a unique opportunity to deliver tailored behavioral health services across various settings. Licensed Clinical Social Worker Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy for clients of all ages.
• Use therapeutic modalities to address issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community agencies, schools, and families to coordinate care and support client success.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health diagnoses and evidence-based interventions.
