Genes Diffusion is currently seeking a detail orientated and dependable person to join and manage our production team. The Boar Stud Production Manager is directly responsible for carrying out the daily responsibilities of caring for the welfare of animals, including feed, water and management by directly managing the team of employees to ensures they are working effectively and efficiently. This position will cultivate employees into highly effective team members. The Boar Stud Production Manager will manage the costs and expenditures, volume output, quality assurance and bio security. In addition, the Boar Stud Production Manager will ensure environmental compliance, safety of team members, and risk management. Starting pay is based on experience.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Leads and supervises the production team
• Directs technical and logistical resources for all operations
• Promotes safe operating practices
• Promotes environmental stewardship
• Promotes all bio-security and animal welfare policies
• Maintains current and/or develops new quality assurance processes and procedures
• Maintains record keeping
• Meets or exceeds internal efficiency metrics
• Organizes and assesses animal flow throughout facility
