In this role, you will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, assist with on-site operations, organize event materials, and help ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in the events industry. No previous event coordination experience is required, as training and hands-on guidance will be provided. Responsibilities * Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning through completion. * Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations. * Organize and manage event materials, equipment, supplies, and other necessary resources. * Coordinate guest check-in, registration, and attendee assistance. * Help maintain event schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure activities stay on track. * Communicate with team members, vendors, and event staff to support daily event operations. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous event planning, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. * Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
