Independent Living Advisor

Overview We are seeking a full-time Independent Living Advisor who provides counseling and guidance to students in assigned dormitories. Working hours: 3:00pm – Midnight. The Advisor monitors student activity in the dorm and ensures appropriate student behavior. Responsibilities Ensure accurate accountability of students assigned to the dorm. Provide students with training in independent living and leadership skills. Maintain shift logs and communicate all shift-specific information. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Residential experience in a group home or college dormitory setting is preferred. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
