In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule within the operational hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure coordinated care.

• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-certification and utilization management, addressing any coverage-related issues to facilitate client care.

• Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare strategies, ensuring clients have the resources necessary for continued success beyond our programs.

• Provide therapeutic meal support to clients, modeling and promoting a healthy relationship with food as a vital aspect of mental health.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care, adapting to the unique circumstances and identities of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving youth facing various mental health challenges, including emotional disturbances, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are sensitive to the intersecting identities of our clients, ensuring that their experiences and cultural backgrounds are respected and factored into their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory.
