ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 1996, beginning my career as a team member before moving into management and eventually opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Texas, where I studied Marketing and played football. My wife and I have two sons, and I enjoy building both strong teams and lasting customer relationships. Giving back to the community is a priority for me. I serve on the Board of the National Football Foundation, stay active in my local church, and support a variety of charitable organizations and community events throughout the year. Jim Saxton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
