Are you ready to take the next step in an exciting Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) career? The International Registration Plan (IRP) Unit is seeking individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, highly motivated, committed to quality customer service, and enjoy providing technical support to the public, field offices, audits, and the California Highway Patrol. Under the direction of the Manager I, DMV, the Senior Motor Vehicle Technician will be trained to process a variety of IRP and Permanent Fleet Registration (PFR) transactions including performing quality control of the processed work from Motor Vehicle Representatives and participants of the Interstate Carrier Program via e-mail and telephone, handle escalated telephone calls, and collaborate with policy on work related issues.

The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.
