What You'll Be Doing ( Your Daily Wins) You'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations—making sure everything that comes in and goes out is accurate, on time, and in great shape. - Team up with Logistics and CAM to resolve inventory puzzles and discrepancies
- Help load and unload trailers—yes, you'll stay active
- Build and organize pallets of finished goods
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Share your knowledge by training and mentoring teammates
- Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes everything better
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Comfort operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail (you notice the little things others miss)
- Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
- Clear communication—both written and verbal
- Comfort using computers and inventory systems
