GeneralCleaning&CustodialServices Performdailycleaningandcustodialservicesinassignedcampusbuildingsandfacilities. Sweep,mop,vacuum,scrub,andmaintainfloors,hallways,stairways,andotherdesignatedareas. Cleanandsanitizeclassrooms,administrativeoffices,conferencerooms,lounges,andcommonareas. Cleananddis infecthigh-touchsurfaces,includingdoorhandles,railings,desks,tables,andotherfrequentlyusedareas. Emptytrashandrecyclingcontainersandtransportwastetodesignateddisposallocations. Dustandcleanfurniture,fixtures,windowsills,andotheraccessiblesurfaces. Cleaninteriorglass,doors,mirrors,andothersurfacesasassigned. Maintaintheappearanceandcleanlinessofentrances,lobbies,andpublicareas. Followestablishedcleaningschedulesandcompleteassignedtasksinatimelymanner. RestroomCleaning&Sanitation Clean,disinfect,andmaintainrestroomsthroughoutassignedcampusfacilities. Sanitizetoilets,sinks,countertops,partitions,fixtures,andotherrestroomsurfaces. Replenishrestroomsupplies,includingsoap,papertowels,toiletpaper,andothernecessarymaterials. Monitorrestroomconditionsandrespondtocleaningorsupplyneeds. Reportplumbingconcerns,damagedfixtures,leaks,andothermaintenanceissues. Followestablishedsanitationandinfection-preventionpractices. FloorCare&FacilityAppearance Maintainfloorsthroughsweeping,mopping,vacuuming,andotherappropriatecleaningmethods. Assistwithperiodicfloorcare,includingstripping,waxing,buffing,andcarpetcleaningwhentrainedandassigned. Identifyandreportflooringdamage,spills,andpotentialsliportriphazards. Maintainassignedareasinaclean,organized,andprofessionalcondition. Supportseasonalorperiodicdeep-cleaningprojects. CampusEvents&SpecialCleaningProjects AssistwithcleaningandpreparationofcampusfacilitiesbeforeandafterUniversityevents. Supportsetupandbreakdownoftables,chairs,andotherequipmentformeetings,ceremonies,athleticevents,andspecialactivitiesasassigned. Performadditionalcleaningassociatedwithhigh-trafficeventsorincreasedcampusactivity. Assistwithclassroom,office,andfacilitytransitionswhenneeded. Supportspecialcleaningprojectsduringacademicbreaks,summerperiods,andotherscheduledmaintenancewindows. CleaningSupplies&Equipment Properlyuse,maintain,andstorecustodialtools,cleaningsupplies,andequipment. Monitorcleaningsupplylevelsandcommunicatereplenishmentneedstotheappropriatesupervisor. FollowmanufacturerinstructionsandUniversityprocedureswhenusingcleaningchemicalsandequipment. Properlylabel,handle,andstorecleaningproductsinaccordancewithapplicablesafetyrequirements.
