Location : 9629 W 197th Street, Mokena, IL 60448 Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our automotive manufacturing client to start immediately at $18.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities:
- Inspect manufactured components to ensure quality compliance with product specifications
- Verify proper completion of paperwork by molding/assembly operators
- Conduct hourly visual inspections and record findings on attribute inspection sheets
- Ensure rejected materials are properly marked and moved to nonconformance area
- Confirm final quality, labels, and stamps on cartons before shipment
- Assist with final skid preparations and changeovers
- Work mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years manufacturing experience; quality background a plus
- Strong measuring skills (calipers, micrometers preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and differentiate colors
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Measurement and inspection expertise
- Blueprint reading
- Color differentiation
- Manufacturing and optical assessment
