Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday | Expected hours: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 6:45 AM–5:15 PM | No weekends, no holidays | No on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating or scrub RN support in a 4-room pediatric operating room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform across a broad pediatric surgical scope including general, orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmologic, and neurosurgical procedures
• Operate and assist with specialized surgical equipment including Stryker systems, microscopes, Neptune, and C-arm
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system
• Deliver care using a child and parent care model, supporting both pediatric patients and their families throughout the perioperative experience
• Float to the main OR as needed based on unit census and staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or CST credential considered)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• Demonstrated skills in general, trauma, pediatric, orthopedic, ENT, and neurosurgical circulating or scrubbing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior pediatric OR experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Stryker, Neptune, microscope, and C-arm equipment
• Experience working within Epic documentation systems
