Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.98 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location. Monitor entrances, credential checks, and visitor processing to help support authorized access and report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and/or actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, restricted areas, and the surrounding perimeter, noting conditions that may require security‑related attention. Communicate with site contacts, public‑facing personnel, and emergency responders as needed to help support orderly operations and compliance with access requirements. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
