As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing associates, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional member service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Training team members on procedures, processes, and sales techniques
• Creating a positive work environment and delivering an outstanding experience for members
• Supporting branch management in achieving strategic goals
• Balancing efficient processes with delivering a seamless member experience Qualifications:
• Associate Degree or two years of college
• Minimum of three years of experience in banking or financial services (equivalent work experience may be considered)
• Strong motivation and leadership skills
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure results
