Community Impact: Employees actively volunteer through our Good Deeds Team. Your Responsibilities Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers. Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day‑to‑day operations with excellent time‑management skills. Perform both preconstruction and post‑construction termite treatments. Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs. Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction. Partner with internal teams—customer service, sales, and management—to deliver exceptional service. Apply appropriate products according to label standards. Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties. Physical demands include: Safely use ladders up to 32 feet within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Work in all types of weather conditions.
