Securify Security Services, Inc. is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers for assignments in Bakersfield, CA . We are seeking reliable, professional, and motivated individuals who can maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Conduct routine patrols of the assigned property
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding areas
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Enforce property rules and follow site-specific post orders
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Contact dispatch, management, or law enforcement when necessary
- Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
Requirements
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card
- Reliable transportation
- Working smartphone
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous security experience preferred but not required
Full-Time and Part-Time positions may be available.
