Role Description This position is responsible for advising clients on comprehensive financial strategies, including investment management, retirement planning, and overall wealth planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with firm operations, meeting with clients, assessing financial goals and risk tolerance, developing and presenting tailored financial plans, and monitoring portfolios to align with changing market conditions and client needs. The advisor will prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with internal team members, and ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory standards and firm policies. The role also involves nurturing existing client relationships and supporting business development through referrals and professional networking. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and manage comprehensive client strategies. Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Finance to analyze portfolios, evaluate market opportunities, and support informed decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Wealth Management Services to provide integrated advisory solutions and ongoing client support. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (such as CFP®, CFA, or similar) are preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial advisory or wealth management, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
