We are hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales

Representatives.

This is a field-based, door-to-door sales position. Representatives work in assigned residential

areas, speak directly with potential customers, explain available products and services, answer

questions, and help interested customers complete the enrollment or sales process.

If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and having your performance directly

impact your earning potential, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Travel within an assigned local territory
• Approach residential customers door-to-door
• Start conversations with prospective customers
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Answer questions and address customer concerns
• Complete customer enrollments and sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission
• Weekly pay
• Paid training
• Additional performance incentives may be available

Individual earnings may vary based on hours worked, experience, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout an assigned territory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person field sales position. Candidates should be comfortable working

in residential neighborhoods and traveling throughout an assigned local territory.

Training & Growth

Previous door-to-door experience is not required. We provide training covering product

knowledge, customer communication, sales techniques, and field procedures.

Top-performing representatives may also be considered for additional leadership and

advancement opportunities.
