Paid weekly, commissions paid monthly.ResponsibilitiesReach out to customers by completing phone calls, emails, and text messages (100+/day) as assigned by the CRM system and/or managementWork closely with service management to communicate customer expectations and ensure a fantastic customer experiencePresent in a professional and well-spoken manner at all timesGenerate service appointments by working with prospective customers who have requested assistance or information via internet, email, chat or phone call inquiriesGenerate appointments by selling the value of our store, our high level of service and track record of integrity and customer careLog all activities and take extensive detailed notesMeet and exceed goals each month and quarterStay informed about new products, features, accessories etc. and their benefits to customersRefer customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.Attend service trainings as well as service meetings as assignedQualificationsStrong verbal and written communications skillsInterest and ability to make a high-volume of outbound callsTech-savvy and experience with a CRM or the ability to quickly learn new softwareTime management, prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workloadTeam player attitudeWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screenClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseExperience preferred but not required: Vinsolutions, ActivatorWe are an equal opportunity employer.
