The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of business analysis experience with strong experience working in complex enterprise environments, Agile teams, and cross-functional technology projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting solution design, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis , requirements gathering, process analysis, and software development lifecycle activities. Strong experience working with Salesforce , including: Salesforce Administration Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Salesforce Flows Salesforce Communities Conga Composer Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Azure DevOps . Experience working with or understanding enterprise technologies including: SQL Server Oracle Java .NET JavaScript REST APIs Experience analyzing and documenting system integrations, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures . Experience developing and maintaining: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) User Stories Use Cases Process Flows Requirements Traceability Matrices Acceptance Criteria Experience supporting SOWs, RFPs, procurement documentation, and vendor evaluation activities . Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, developers, QA teams, project managers, and vendors. Demonstrated experience mentoring junior and mid-level Business Analysts . Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SCRUM Master certification preferred. Salesforce-related certifications are a plus. Experience working on government, public-sector, or large enterprise technology projects. Experience with enterprise application modernization and distributed systems. Knowledge of integration patterns, RESTful services, APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience participating in solution design, technical reviews, and application integration discussions. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and technology needs. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements. Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other project documentation. Analyze existing Salesforce capabilities and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and integration teams to define effective solutions. Analyze integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs and distributed architecture patterns . Work with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Utilize Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlog management, defect tracking, and project collaboration. Support the development of SOWs, RFPs, procurement documentation, and vendor-related deliverables . Assist project leadership with scope, requirements, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Review proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements. Support testing activities, including test planning, UAT, defect triage, and validation of delivered functionality. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level Business Analysts. Participate in architecture and solution discussions involving microservices, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems .
