Review and approve completed work, technician hours, and time‑off requests in accordance with program requirements. Act as the on‑site program representative for customers and contractors, promoting participation and resolving issues that impact project delivery. Install and inspect residential energy efficiency upgrades, recommend appropriate solutions, document findings, and report status and results to program staff. Troubleshoot field and technical issues to ensure work meets client specifications and program standards. Travel within an assigned territory to support field operations and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications 3‑5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred. High School diploma or Associate’s degree. BPI certification required. Must successfully pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record. Valid driver’s license; may need to drive on behalf of the company and support warehouse operations. Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable transportation regulations if applicable. Compensation Target compensation: $25‑$29 per hour (depending on experience).
