- that's been the Transco standard since 1984. Based in Russellville, AR with a full-service maintenance terminal in North Little Rock, Transco operates 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers. The fleet is built around ultra-modern assets, JIT-focused freight, and a culture that recognizes and celebrates its drivers. Pets welcome. No inward-facing cameras. - Team Job Details Team pay built for high performance. Teams can earn up to $220,000 annually
* together, with base CPM ranging 74-92 CPM
* depending on experience. Strong miles mean strong income
- Transco's pay structure is built to keep rewarding both. Scheduled raises and mileage bonuses. You'll receive a guaranteed raise at your 1-year anniversary. Teams that exceed 20,000 miles in a month also earn an additional .05¢ CPM bump

* $15,000 Sign-On Bonus per team
