Production Manager

Our client is a global leader in the heavy manufacturing industry. They have seen consistent growth over the past few years, including plant expansion. As Production Manager, you will be responsible for: Coaching, training and overseeing a team of supervisors and production employees Improving quality and processes through continuous improvement projects Setting KPIs and metrics, and ensuring those are met and exceeded Ensuring safety standards are firmly followed Maintaining environmental compliance Optimizing production and driving results To be considered for the Production Manager position you must have: Previous management experience in a heavy manufacturing facility Previous continuous improvement experience Excellent leadership skills; be a team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
