The people of Platte County and the surrounding counties appreciate the opportunity to see both primary care providers and specialists without needing to travel to a larger city.CCH is led by a local board of directors, and the hospital has a staff that includes a president/CEO, five vice presidents, a medical staff of more than 50 active members and more than 900 employees. A retest will be required for a negative dilute result. ?Physical Completed within one (1) year of start date; required annually. May be signed by Physician, NP, PA, DO, or DC.MMR Documentation Documentation of two (2) MMR vaccines or positive titer results. Will accept an additional MMR vaccine or Affiliate Vendor decline form for low/equivocal titers.Varicella Shown by proof of two (2) vaccinations, positive IGG titer, or provider verified history. Photo ID must be submitted to clients for identification verification.Respiratory Fit Test 3M N95 or 1860 models. The HCP has the option to have this completed the first day in CCH Occupational Health for $26.00CPI or MOAB Certification All HCPs are required to complete CPI training on site unless they are already certified in CPI or MOAB. Professionals are responsible for the cost of the class, which is $150.00. CPI training is offered on the second Tuesday of each month.BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)NRP - Neonatal Resusciation ProgramCCH TIme and Attendance HCP Guide This document should be provided to all HCP's prior to their first day on assignment by the Affiliate Vendor. The hospital is very welcoming of travel staff and treats them as their own staff.Misc of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse working in an OB department. RN responsibilities include Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery units. 8 LDRP suites.Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska, or Compact license, BLS and NRP. HCP MUST HAVE: Labor and delivery experience with some moderate to high-risk experience; NRP and care of normal newborn ; Postpartum experienceCharting Systems include both Paragon and GE Centricity PerinatalScrubs: Any color permitted. Scrubs should not contain names of other healthcare facilities.HCPs are required to take MOAB if they don t already have CPI or MOAB. The cost is $15 and is offered on site.
