Oversight of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center. Order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, this includes oncology. IV Infusion compounding product evaluation and verification. Evaluation of oncology and non-oncology treatment plans. License: Oregon Total Taxable:: $1,560.00 Total Non-Taxable: $1,246.00 Total Gross: $2,806.00 Evaluation and verification of insurance coverage prior to initiating and treatment plan. Infusion medication patient education. Infusion adverse reaction participation and management.
