Account Coordinator, Senior Living- CAC

Assisting the Broker/Account Executive (AE) and Producer with servicing of new and renewal business for the Senior Living & Healthcare team. Duties & Responsibilities Assist Brokers, Producers and Account Executives with day‑to‑day client servicing and inquiries; maintain a record of expiration dates and coordinate with the CAC client team on new and renewal handling. Oversee the entire renewal process: obtain necessary renewal materials from carriers (applications, supplemental information such as audited financial statements and organizational charts); manage deadlines and follow up with clients to ensure timely submission. Coordinate the distribution of client submissions to insurers and schedule meetings between clients and insurers. Support the CAC client team in obtaining, reviewing and sharing insurance carrier quotes and binders for accuracy; assist with excess market quotes, surplus lines due diligence and related filings. Assist in creating client presentations, proposals and renewal summaries; send bind orders to carriers, confirm binding and ensure all binders and quotes reach excess markets. Follow up on policy issuance and conduct fact‑checking of policies; forward completed policies to clients in the designated format (electronic or paper). Assist with premium finance agreements, premium allocations and other administrative duties such as meeting coordination and events. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurers and CAC colleagues; help with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 0–3 years of relevant work experience. State‑specific insurance license required (obtainable within 60 days of employment). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. High level of professionalism, confidentiality and strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce and EPIC is preferred.
