Henderson Sport & Social is a state-of-the-art, 180,000-square-foot destination opening in Henderson, Nevada. The facility is designed to become the premier destination for youth and adult sports, recreation, fitness, dining, and family entertainment while serving as a gathering place for the local community.

Our facility features basketball, volleyball, pickleball, indoor turf fields, bowling, a dual-level laser tag arena, Krazy Darts, miniature golf, arcade games, a full-service restaurant and bar, fitness center, Child Watch, and flexible event spaces capable of hosting birthday parties, tournaments, corporate outings, and community celebrations.

Position Summary


Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and helping people celebrate life's biggest moments?

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective guests, helping turn inquiries into unforgettable experiences. You'll support the sales process from initial inquiry through event execution by assisting with bookings, managing leads, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting facility tours, and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-in guests.
• Qualify prospective clients and recommend the best event packages, memberships, or experiences based on their needs.
• Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, invoices, and event documentation.
• Conduct facility tours and showcase Henderson Sport & Social's amenities and event spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests throughout the booking process.
• Perform outbound sales calls and follow-up communication to convert leads into booked events and memberships.
• Support the Sales Director with prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Coordinate event details with internal departments including Food & Beverage, Sports Programming, Fitness, Family Entertainment, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company's CRM and booking systems.
• Assist with event calendars, scheduling, and space availability.
• Attend networking events, community functions, trade shows, and promotional events as assigned.
• Provide exceptional hospitality before, during, and after every event.
• Help identify new sales opportunities within the community and local business market.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Support administrative functions including filing, correspondence, reports, and other sales-related projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, event management, or booking software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years of experience in hospitality, event sales, recreation, entertainment, fitness, hotel sales, catering sales, or a related customer service field preferred.
• Experience selling events, memberships, birthday parties, hospitality services, or group experiences is highly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
