Senior Director, HR — HQ & Talent Strategy

Old Navy is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources, HQ, based in San Francisco. You will partner with senior executives to shape organization and talent strategy, build capabilities and lead a high-performing HQ HR team. You will influence workforce planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to drive strategic change across the brand’s headquarters.
