Director, Patient Experience Advisory

Role Overview Press Ganey is a leading provider of experience measurement, data analytics, and insights across industries, serving clients in healthcare and other sectors. As Director, Advisory, you will lead a high‑performing team of Patient Experience Advisors, delivering strategic insights and improvement opportunities for healthcare clients, driving innovation, consistency, and measurable impact across PressGaney’s advisory services. Key Responsibilities Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of advisors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Establish clear career paths, development expectations, and performance standards to support retention and professional advancement. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure high‑quality client delivery. Ensure advisors remain current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices through structured training and knowledge sharing. Lead the evolution of advisory offerings, including proactive insights, improvement programs, best‑practice toolkits, and educational offerings. Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities to enhance advisory services, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate with knowledge, analytics, and product teams to operationalize scalable insights, analytics, and advisory resources. Serve as the “voice of Advisory” with Product, leading readiness for new product launches and alignment with advisory workflows. Oversee day‑to‑day advisory operations, including forecasting, quality monitoring, resource utilization, budgeting, and expense management. Maintain operational consistency and effective cross‑functional collaboration to support scalable growth. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. Strong executive presence and proven ability to manage, develop, and directly lead high‑performing teams of 10+ members. Background in consulting, strategic planning, operational execution, and budgeting. Experience leading Patient Experience initiatives and working with patient experience data (analysis, reporting, presenting). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with analytics, marketing, business development, and/or sales is preferred. Ability to travel up to 50%. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Clinical background preferred. Location Remote / Work from Home – Supports WestMarket (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, KS, OK, TX, LA) in PST, MST, & CST. Candidates based in this market are preferred. Strong candidates in adjacent central market (ND, MN, WI, MI, OH, IN, IL, IA, SD, NE, MO, KY, TN, AR, AS) flexible to work with clients in PST, MST, & CST are considered. Salary & Benefits Expected base salary range:$130,000to$170,000. Base salary plus a competitive benefits package; eligible for discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
