Description Per Diem shifts available Monday–Friday 6:00 am–9:00 am or 3:00 pm–6:00 pm. Pay Rate: $15.00 /hr. About the Role: Van Driver Transport participants to and from the Adult Day Program in a safe and timely manner. Maintain and complete accurate and thorough service documentation. Provide direct supervision of individuals to ensure their health and safety while loading/unloading the vehicles and while being transported. Adequately conduct inspections of the vehicles as prescribed. Ensure that vehicles are generally maintained in a clean manner. Report any vehicle concerns in accordance with agency procedures. Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Must be at least 21 years of age.
