About the Role

Nurses UK is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care on temporary assignments. You will work alongside local healthcare teams, adapting to different care settings while maintaining patient safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication and treatments within your competence and in line with local policies.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate records and promptly elevate concerns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide clear handovers to support continuity of care.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and confidentiality procedures.
• Adapt to each placement’s routines, systems and clinical requirements.
• Work within your professional scope and seek support when needed.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration appropriate to the role.
• Relevant clinical experience for the assignments undertaken.
• Strong communication, organisational and clinical judgement skills.
• A compassionate approach and commitment to safe, respectful care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility.
• Right to work in the UK and satisfactory completion of relevant recruitment checks, references and mandatory training.

Desirable Experience

• Previous agency nursing experience.
• Experience working across different healthcare settings.
• Additional clinical skills or specialist qualifications relevant to the placement.

• Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
• EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
