Line Cooks
Salem Golf Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen that takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide exceptional service during lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
