The role partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and team members to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and maintain business-critical applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, this role also provides technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and legacy system improvements.* This role is **remote**; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA as needed. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.### What You'll Do* Lead full lifecycle application development for Merchandising, Programming, and Planning systems.* .Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, clients, and team members to clarify requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.* Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing applications to maintain stability and continuity.* Support DevOps and quality engineering practices, including automated testing, deployment automation, release readiness, and post-implementation review.* Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.* Lead architectural improvements and legacy system modernization.### What You'll Bring* 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise application development across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.* 5+ years of experience maintaining complex and legacy applications with a focus on stability, performance, and availability.* 5+ years of experience contributing to technical design, code reviews, solution delivery, and mentoring of other engineers.* 5+ years of experience supporting DevOps and quality engineering practices, including test planning, automation, release processes, and deployment pipelinesOur **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
