• Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
