\nThe Wood Veneer Hub (WVH) is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager / Senior E-Commerce Manager to join our team and help drive the continued growth of our online business across the US and UK .
\n \nWe’re looking for someone who gets excited about turning data, customer behavior and great ideas into real results.
\n \nThis isn’t simply about managing an online store. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, test new ideas, improve the customer journey and help us discover smarter ways to grow.
\n \nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
\n✨ Own and grow e-commerce performance across our US & UK stores
\nDrive revenue, conversion rate and average order value
\nOptimize our Shopify storefronts and overall customer journey
\nLead CRO and A/B testing initiatives
\nImprove and optimize the mobile shopping experience
\n️ Manage online merchandising, promotions and product launches
\nCollaborate with Marketing, Creative, Trade Sales, Operations & Technology
\nTurn data and insights into meaningful business decisions
\nLead and develop the e-commerce team and key partners
\n \nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
\nWe’d love to meet someone who brings:
\n✅ Strong e-commerce leadership experience
\n✅ Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
\n✅ A proven track record of growing online revenue and conversion
\n✅ Hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing
\n✅ Experience managing promotions, trading calendars and e-commerce performance
\n✅ Strong analytical and commercial thinking
\n✅ The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and turn ideas into action
\nHave experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau, HTML, CSS, Liquid, JavaScript, US/UK e-commerce or considered-purchase categories? Even better!
