Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle in a technical environment, with strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently while supporting and motivating distributor networks. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain industrial automation solutions, particularly in machine vision and optical sensors, with hands-on problem-solving skills for basic application challenges. Consultative Sales Expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners. Organization & Mobility: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting, with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
