POSITION TITLE:       

Maintenance and Driver

POSITION SUMMARY:  

This role is responsible for general maintenance at both the Dayton and the Cincinnati locations. This position makes regular deliveries between the two store locations using a company van. This position is based at the Dayton location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Building Maintenance: 

• Minor repairs including plumbing.
• General upkeep.
• Furniture assembly.
• Painting.
• Changing furnace filters.
• Deliveries between two store locations.
• Lot/Landscaping: 
• Blowing off lot.
• Salting entryways during winter.
• Spraying for weeds & fertilizing flowers.
• Ensuring store grounds are free from trash/debris.
• Cleaning showroom vents.
• Running Errands for general supplies.
• Deliveries to Clients.
• Van Maintenance: i.e. car wash, vacuuming inside, etc.
• Liaison to outside service providers: i.e. tradesmen, inspectors, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License & a Clean Driving Record.
• Must be bondable.
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
• Must have a Professional appearance.
• Must have good Communication Skills and work well with others.
• Must have good Time Management Skills.
