This full-time position offers the chance to engage with diverse students and collaborate with an energetic staff across elementary, middle, and high school environments. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring students receive the occupational therapy services they need to succeed during an FMLA leave coverage, with the potential for the assignment to be extended beyond September 25th.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA license in Missouri is required.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload while traveling between multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering student independence in academic environments.
• Experience with diverse student populations is preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students as directed by the supervising OT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at elementary, middle, and high school sites.
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing interventions tailored to each student’s needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings when applicable and contribute input for student goals.
• Support a positive, inclusive atmosphere in all school settings.
