Job Title : Guidewire Delivery Program Manager
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 12 15 years
Location : Prosper, Texas
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in program/project delivery.
- Strong experience managing Guidewire implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on program management experience across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Strong understanding of the P&C Insurance domain, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and insurance operations.
- Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar program-management tools.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Guidewire InsuranceSuite programs from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and hypercare.
- Drive Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, Data Migration, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment throughout the Guidewire transformation lifecycle.
- Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, vendor costs, and financial reporting.
- Establish escalation mechanisms and provide timely resolution for critical delivery blockers.
- Manage system integrators, technology partners, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure delivery alignment and accountability.
- Strong experience with executive-level stakeholder management and steering committee presentations.
