Electrical Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead daily service operations, oversee projects and field teams, manage profitability, and support continued growth of the service division. Competitive salary of $95,000 to $120,000 Leadership responsibility across a growing electrical service operation Direct collaboration with company leadership Exposure to commercial and industrial electrical projects Opportunity to influence operations, profitability, and business growth Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the electrical service department Oversee estimating, bidding, scheduling, purchasing, billing, and change ordersManage service projects from award through completion Monitor job costing, labor productivity, budgets, and profitability Coordinate field personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Review estimates and project performance Conduct job-site visits to monitor safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property owners, and commercial clients Identify new business opportunities and support service division growth Coach and manage field personnel and service teams Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction or electrical service management experience Leadership experience managing electrical service operations, projects, or field personnel Strong commercial and industrial electrical background Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and change orders Strong understanding of labor productivity and project financial performance Ability to manage multiple technicians and projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to customer and job sites Preferred Qualifications Experience managing an electrical service department Design-build estimating experience Knowledge of local electrical codes and OSHA requirements State or local electrical licenses or certifications, where applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
