Materials Handler

We are seeking two Material Handlers to support warehouse operations in Hillsboro, OR. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a 90-day contract role with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments
Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
Enter shipping data into systems (e.g., FedEx/UPS)
Pick, pack, and organize inventory
Load and unload materials while maintaining organization
Deliver orders locally as needed
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding orders

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, or inventory)
Basic computer skills (email and Microsoft Office)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Forklift experience
Delivery driving experience
Experience with online shipping systems
