Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day personal care routines, ensuring professional, respectful help with bathing, toileting, and brief changing.

Implement redirecting and comfort techniques for clients experiencing cognitive decline, Alzheimer's, or dementia.

Operate Hoyer lifts safely to assist clients with strict or limited mobility limitations.

Manage everyday household needs, including healthy meal preparation, medication tracking, light cleaning, and essential client transportation.

Maintain clear and consistent documentation of client needs and condition shifts.

What We're Looking For

Caregivers who are comfortable with comprehensive hands-on care (toileting, bathing, transferring) and exhibit sound judgment under pressure. Must be highly dependable, have a clean background, a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
