Owner's Representative - Entry Level

Overview MCMAHON-BAEK ARCHITECTURE is looking for qualified candidates to join our team providing experienced and insightful consultation to amazing projects around the United States and the world. Qualified candidates will have at minimum 2+ years of professional experience in both the design and/or construction related industries (architecture, engineering, project management) and will provide oversight, analysis, and documentation of ongoing projects. Work will be done on site at construction projects and based out of our new Manhattan office. Current projects may require travel to: Aspen, Colorado Austin, Texas Southampton, NY Greenwich, CT Washington, DC Responsibilities Provide oversight, analysis, and documentation of ongoing projects. Assist on all aspects of our representation work. Qualifications Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Experience in architecture, design, engineering and construction. Experience working in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability to understand documentation related to construction projects, project management, and accurately track, document, and analyze the physical, fiscal, and temporal progress of work. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Experience in, or the ability to learn Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Suite. Ability to work independently and self-monitor progress to meet expectations. US work authorization required. Prior work in both architecture, engineering, and construction fields is highly desirable; specialized skillsets can be leveraged for future growth.
