This role will focus on invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor payments, and month-end close while working closely with a collaborative accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records within the ERP system Support month-end close and general ledger activities Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information Requirements: Recent AP experience within a manufacturing environment (within the past 2 years) 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience At least 1 year of Manufacturing AP experience Strong 3-way matching ERP experience Interested in hearing more?
