Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels Develop and implement operational procedures and standards Train and mentor team members for optimal performance Coordinate with the culinary team to develop menu items Monitor financial performance and profitability Enforce health and safety regulations Requirements Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
